I am a compassionate, licensed acupuncturist who is nationally board-certified and specializes in pain, anxiety, sleep and women’s health concerns.

TCM starts from a simple premise: when the body is in balance, it tends to function more harmoniously. In TCM theory, factors such as poor sleep, ongoing stress, dietary habits, aging, and emotional challenges may contribute to patterns of imbalance that are reflected in how a person feels.  My work is to help you better understand those patterns and develop an individualized approach to supporting your health and long-term wellness.

One of my children experienced a serious childhood illness.  During that time, our family sought care from TCM practitioners, and the experience inspired me to learn more about this approach to health and wellness.  Later in my own life, I also turned to TCM as part of my personal wellness journey.  These experiences led me to pursue a degree in acupuncture and Oriental medicine.

I am passionate about supporting patients in their health and wellness journeys.  I enjoy working with individuals facing a variety of concerns and helping them pursue their personal wellness goals so they can spend more time enjoying life with their families.  I am grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge of TCM with my patients.

Our wellness clinic features an herbal pharmacy that carries 250–300 types of natural raw Chinese herbs. 

Our licensed practitioner provides customized Chinese herbal formulas, which may be prepared as raw herbs, powders, capsules, or pills and are tailored to each patient's individual needs. 

For added convenience, our herbal pharmacy staff can prepare cooked herbal decoctions for patients who choose raw-herb formulas.
